A browser is different from an app
Opening an address in a browser allows you to read a web page without a separate installation. This page provides no app-store listing or signed app file. A browser bookmark is also different from an installed native app.
On a small screen, open the menu and choose a page by name. Adjust browser reading size if needed; a table may require horizontal movement to see every column. Rotating the screen can rearrange text and imagery.
Bookmarks and sessions do not necessarily transfer between devices. Avoid storing secret information on a shared phone. If an old page appears, refresh first before considering removal of data for this site alone.

When the network changes
Switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi may require reloading an incomplete page. If an image fails, first check whether text and menus still work. Clearing all device data need not be the first action.
Stop if a suspicious pop-up requests a file download as an update. Update the browser through your device’s normal software channel. Use the help page’s contact route for a specific content question.

Mobile questions
Is a download required?
No separate download is required to read the web pages.
Is a home-screen shortcut an app?
It can be a shortcut to a browser address and does not itself establish a native app.
What if one image fails?
Refresh and check the connection. An image failure does not imply an account failure.
Does changing language change country?
No. Both language editions remain focused on Bangladesh.
